All Stauffer Dairy candles, wax melts & soap orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All apparel and accessories are processed separately & you will be notified of shipping times at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: I offer $8.00 flat rate shipping to the U.S. only.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within Stevens County. For orders under $25, I charge $5 for local delivery. Please note that you can also pick up your order at the farm for free.
Deliveries will be arranged privately per order. I will contact you via text or Facebook message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Pickup at the Farm
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the farm. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. I will send you a message via text or Facebook message when your order is ready along with instructions.
My on the farm pickup hours vary, please contact me to arrange pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at krista@thefarmerswifee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
I will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at krista@thefarmerswifee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
